I am a native of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and I have been involved with musical activities since I have been fairly young. After a few years of piano, I was introduced to the euphonium and trombone by my primary school teacher. I learned the different members of the clarinet family while completing a music degree at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and an education diploma a the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
I am now back in Ottawa teaching privately, taking composition coaching, arranging, volunteering in schools, and managing a woodwind ensemble.
